Price Note is a grocery price tracking application that allows you to:
Price Note Pro is available as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law.
Core features — adding items, recording prices, shopping list, and viewing history — remain free and include advertisements. AI scanning and backup/restore require an active subscription. Subscribing to Price Note Pro removes all ads.
The free version of Price Note displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge that:

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.
Data you create within the App (grocery items, prices, notes) remains yours.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Price information displayed in the App is entered by you and is not verified by us. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data recorded in the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All app data is stored locally on your device. We strongly recommend using the backup feature regularly. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or operating system updates.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
